Protecting buildings. Preserving value.

After a career in corporate operations and project management, Nicole assumed leadership of Bradshaw Roofing following the loss of her husband. What began as a commitment to continue the business he built became an opportunity to combine her business experience with organizational passion in an industry where communication matters.

Friends occasionally joke that "the pitch is back." Whether that's a reference her corporate career or the slope of a roof, Nicole brings the same energy for solving problems, building systems, and helping clients make informed decisions.

Moises has been part of the Bradshaw Roofing team for nearly fifteen years and has grown alongside the company. Starting in the field and advancing through the organization, he has developed extensive hands-on experience across tile, shingle, low-slope, and flat roofing systems.

Customers know Moises as the person who never seems rattled. Whether he's investigating a difficult leak, coordinating a repair, or managing a large reroofing project, his calm approach and deep roofing knowledge help keep projects moving smoothly. His professionalism, technical expertise, and commitment to customer service have made him a trusted resource for both clients and crew members.
